Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) is seeking an experienced physician leader for the pivotal role of Chief Physician Advisor. This is a 100% administrative position reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, designed for a strategic leader passionate about optimizing hospital performance.
As the Chief Physician Advisor, you will be the hospital's foremost expert on care progression, documentation integrity, and utilization management. You will integrate clinical operations, data analytics, and payer strategy to drive measurable improvements in a large, tertiary academic medical center. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical operations, mentor a dedicated team, and leverage cutting-edge technology to make a significant impact on patient care and hospital performance.

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
