This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with hospital leadership, case management, and medical staff to enhance clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient care efficiency.

Qualifications 

• MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
• Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License
• 1-2+ years of experience as a Physician Advisor or similar role
• Ability to build rapport with medical staff and hospital leadership to obtain buy-in and

collaboration necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to drive results and produce outcomes.
• Member of the American College of Physician Advisors (ACPA) is preferred.
• Board Certification by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP) is preferred.
• Physician Advisor Sub-specialty Certification by the American Board of Quality Assurance
• and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP) is preferred.
